Do you think my cage is too small for my 2 pigs?
It's 96cm long and 56cm wide. They seem happy enough and I get them out in there run too which is much bigger. The lady in the pet shop this one would be fine for 2 adult guinea pigs and I just don't see how! They love to run and it already looks like it's running out of space. It's really upsetting me.

Have put an advert on my local pet accessories site for a 2 tier one which I think they would like better. What do you think?

Unfortunately it is not big enough, you need one that is 120cm in length for 2 piggies.

Have a good look on eBay you can often pick the ferplast up cheap and it is a good cage.

Biggest is best! Have a look on the housing section for some cage ideas beyond the standard cage type too!

Why not make a c and c cage? I made mine big enough so I do not need to give floor time.

When you do get a larger cage it would be useful to keep this as a spare 'hospital cage', should you need to separate them for a short period of time. It can be useful to put a poorly piggy in a different cage to monitor their wee and poo output

Have a look through our cage gallery at the top of the housing section (starting from the end with the latest cages) to get some ideas what is possible before you rush out and buy something else. The links that sport_billy has given you are for the cheapest traditional cages, but there are also alternatives.
