Honey and Heidi met Mrs Jones, Matilda and Nancy Mohawk for the first time today. They spent some time together in the run enjoying the sunshine. Jonesy is the friendliest guinea pig you will ever meet and welcomed Honey and Heidi. Heidi was a bit overwhelmed and after a few minutes became very aggressive to all of the girls including Honey! Heidi was removed and allowed to relax in a seperate run. I havent seen her attack Honey before so I'm guessing the new situation was a bit stressy for her! Honey is the more dominant confident pig of the two, so was surprised by Heidi.
Heidi, of the two rescue girls, is the one that is finding it hard to adjust. Honey is very much my girl now and has started to enjoy her cuddles. She has started wheeking when she hears the greens bag rustle, but Heidi still sits in the dark of her pigloo staring out at the world.
Honey enjoyed meeting her new friends. Jonesy makes me laugh everytime she goes in the garden as, ever the lady, refuses to eat off the floor, but will accept dandelions from my hand with no complaint! Oooo I loves my girls <3
