Mop started making hooty noises on and off so I took him to the vets who put him on loxicom and bisolvin.
His poos started getting tiny so I started to give him some critical care and stopped the bisolvin for one day to see if that would help.
Came in this morning and he’s hooting again so I gave him the bisolvin and loxicom. He now sounds fine now but his poos are still tiny.
I’m thinking he needs to go back to the vets.

Hooting tends to be due to nasal congestion. So the bisolvon should help. Did the vet confirm the lungs are clear?
Have you checked hay isn’t dusty etc?
If you aren’t seeing any improvement then a further vet check would be a good idea

Re small poops. Poop output is 1-2 days behind food intake so isn’t a reliable gauge of hay consumption. Small poops today could mean he didn’t eat enough 1-2 days ago.
Switch to daily weight checks to ensure you are giving enough critical care

I hope he is ok

Thanks for your reply.
I took him to the vets last Wednesday hence my worry as he doesn’t seem to be improving.
The vet said his chest was a little crackly but nothing major.
The pigs live on fleece and I always shake the hay.
I’ve been weighing him daily the last couple of days.
I think I’m going to take him to the vets just to be sure.
