Weather permitting (It's given snow!). Little lass is in Bolton.
I'm not one to wait too long after loosing a piggy, because a new one seems to help me cope with loosing a much loved pig, i'm sat here with Truffles on my lap, her sister Tilly is asleep in the house. Newbie is a well handled, tri-coloured abby, someone my girls need in their lifes, especially Tilly, who is always anxious, and nervy. I'm hoping she'll help heal the hole BonBon has left in both theirs and my life.
Lady is not a breeder, but takes them in, she told me she has had 4 left at her door before now, not all at once. This little sow's mum was already in litter when she got her.
Please keep your fingers crossed she can come to her forever home tomorrow, and that the snow doesn't stick.

Oh I do hope so! Please let us know, and of course photos when she's happy for the camera to be around :) x

Good luck for tomorrow! let us know how it goes - exciting!

I'll have to try and start my updates again :) It just feels odd their not about BonBon and her antics. I called Tilly BonBon just now when I got her out :'(

What a little cutie! I hope that the two girls settle down well!

I am also culpable of mis-calling piggies of mine after the loss of one of them... :mal:

Tilly was in the house when the photo was taken, but looks as though little un is going to take to both of them very well.
She is very confident and well handled, really vocal too, and chatty with her new friends. Tilly even did a popcorn across the cage, the first i've seen since BonBon died.
Got to find a name for the new one, Popcorn seems to come to mind..

Awww she is tiny. Hope it continues to go well for new little one, Truffles and and Tilly!

Keep us updated with the bonding and of course pigtures!

Just dug out some old beds and fleeces for floor time. I'm hoping she will persuade Tilly to get off her butt and run around :))

Newbie just did her first popcorn in the house! :)) Great start I think, but it's going to be all hands on deck at floor time as she's small enough to get under the bed...

You'd think she'd been here all her life :) She's following Tilly and Truffles around, zooming through the tunnels i've put out for them, winding them both up lol!
She's easy to pick up and has no fear at all. If she looses sight of her two cage mates, she cries. Truffles has already peed on her head.......
I'm not going to video the play time tonight, i'm going to give them a few more days, to see how she brings her new friends out of themselves, she's already encouraging a lot of play and interactions. She's brave enough to take herself off for a whizz around too.
Just need to name her.
