Earlier today I found something horrid in a bag of pets at home hay - I honestly couldn't say what it was but it had fur & bones :)>>>:)>>>
I will be ringing pets at home tomorrow to complain - I have kept the creature in case they want proof but have had to hide it under the stairs, in a bag, in a box, out of sight :)>>>

I wasn't at the time - I nearly died! Was just getting over it when I got savaged by a tarrantula so it brought it all back :)>>>

:)>>>:)>>>:)>>>I'm so sorry you experienced something like that,i have heard a few horror storys about pets at home hay, maybe after you complain look for somewhere different to buy hay? xxxxxx

*huge huge huge hug*
it really hasn't been a great time for you :(

I'm glad for this thread I was going to buy some of the biggest bags online tomorrow O_________O
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

That's horrible.

Not something you want to find in a bag or anything...Nasty stuff!

Ugh! Don't get me started on spiders~ They creep me out :{
So...Many....Legs....

sorry to repeat myself, Suzanne, but I mentioned earlier that PAH may put the creature up for adoption in one of their centres...:)):))

Sorry, though, that you had to find that. I once found a live mouse in my hay... my parents had mice in their cellar and the b****r had crawled into the GP's bag of hay!

I have also heard of someone who'd found half a dead mouse in a packet of crisps. Just makes you wonder what happened to the other half....:)>>>:)>>>

BTW, Suzanne, I love your taste for the dramatic... What happened to you 8-legged lodger?

did anyone read int he paper about the woman who found a mouse in a jar of curry? :)>>>:)>>>:)>>>

They may do Audrey :))
Dramatic - me?? :p The monster was removed by my brave hubby :))

Did he get a medal and an invite to Buckingham Palace?

It's nice to be able to count on hubby for such things... I can't always...:(

sweet dreams...:)):)):))

Mouse in a jar of curry? I guess that's a good advert AGAINST processed food!

No but I did hear about a Kentucky Fried Rat! The poor unsuspecting woman bit into what she thought was a bit of chicken and it had a tail! This was some time ago, so apologies to anyone who has just came home with a ten piece KFC:(|):(|):(|):(|)

i read about the mouse in a jar of curry :(|) it was in one of those really rubbish chat magazines, but theyre sooo much more entertaining than the rubbishy heat and stuff. bleurgh!

my piggie hates P@H hay :))

my BIL ate a cockroach in a Parisian restaurant. Apparently they were having work done in the kitchen and the critter fell under the whipped cream of his ice cream. It went crunch when he had a spoonful. :)>>>:)>>>:)>>> It was just horrid seeing him remove some legs from his mouth:)>>>:)>>>:)>>>

After he omplained, we had free coffees and champagne and didn't get to pay for desserts. Cheap meal in the end!

Apparently cockroaches are a good source of protein! Many countries consider these a delicacy! At least you got a cheap meal out of it! The chat is turning to madness again. What happens after midnight to those still browsing the forum. Loving it:(|):

dunno, but I'm off to sleepland...

I'm having great fun on here ATM, thanks guys...

I forgot to say that when I was a student, I found a dead spider in my bed, all dry and flat, the poor thing never had a chance! :)) Unfortunately, it turned out it had bitten me on the leg and the area remained VERY itchy for a long time.

It was obviously just revenge for the bite!
