Horrible surprise in a bag of hay

Yuk! I get my hay from a farm shop so I'm always cautious of what I might find.
 
Ha ha, the boxer shorts has to be the weirdest find!

I think it probably is hard to maintain absolute quality control over what goes in every pack of hay, because of what it contains.

However, this thread is a good reminder to look very carefully before you stick your hand in the bag! :-)
 
Oh my god I've never thought about finding anything except hay in the hay bag... how naive! Oh dear, thats me being very paranoid now...
The rat is bad enough, but I think finding parts of animals would upset me more...I'd much rather find boxers or nothing at all!
 
Ive found a dried out frog once, but since going to a local farmer who always saves us the best eevr hay, never had any dusty or harsh hay just the most georgouse smelling and soft hay ever!

Ive seen on another forum where someone found , now wait for this,

oh my god I'm gonna be wearing industrial gloves and goggles now when getting out the hay just incase! lol x x x
