Can guinea pigs eat horseweed?

It seems to be trying to take over my patio and my bunny weed-nibbler doesn't seem to be interested in it.

The plant known as mares tail/ horsetail in the uk is not the same as your link which appears to be American. The uk plant is poisonous to animals.
