Hot Peppers

Just got a bag of mixed bell peppers from Morrisons, to my suprize there was 2 large green hot peppers in each bag
Unless lm mistaken pigs should not be fed hot peppers

I would not have thought so...hot peppers blimey no.
What a strange bag of peppers though they generally don't mix them do they?

Were they definitely chili peppers - As Romano peppers can look a look like them sometimes

Are you sure? I buy the family bags of mixed peppers, granted not from Morrison's, and sometimes the peppers especially the green ones can be very small but I've never had chilli peppers mixed in

My bad ! Ijust tasted one of them, it was bitter and slightly hot, but nowere near as hot as a chilli pepper, but slighly different in taste that the other peppers in the bag

Maybe it's a hybrid?

Maybe. Perhaps not feed it to the piggies just to be on the safe side.
