Hi. My girl may have cervical lymphadenitis. So after treatment (obviously biopsy will confirm) I will need to keep her separate. I am getting a rescue neutered boar who still has two weeks to go anyway so will be alongside cage. How long could I keep them separate before it being unfair? I think they’ll be a great match and he is on his own anyway at the rescue but don’t want to make it worse by having them alongside each other for 4 weeks if that’s too long before bonding.
Thanks!

I’m sorry to hear that

There is no time limit (piggies can live as neighbours indefinitely) in that situation. You can bond them whenever they are both ready for it.

A 120 is absolutely fine for him while he is alone, so don’t worry!

I hope she is ok
