How can I stop him chewing the partition?

We have so many single boars in the shelter at the moment we have had to partition off the large hutches and make them into two hutches. However we have one pig in particular that is trying to escape while I sit here.

He can hear another gp on the other side and is gradually chewing his way through the partition. It's something he's never done before so it's not a habit.

It there anything i can put on the wood partition to stop him?

Any advice will be gratefully received please.....

could you use plastic partition, get a sheet from B&Q and cut to size.

You could always line the outside of the edges with the plastic slides you use for holding paper together, you get from WHsmiths. it hard to explain! if dont understand let me know and see if i can explain better!
