How can those of you with indoor piggies not spend every single minute with them? :)) When I bring mine in for the winter, I find it hard just to sit watching tv when I know they are in the next room! even when they're outside I'm out there at every possible chance! :)

Ok know want you mean.

When mine first moved out of the utility and into the summerhouse which is just round the corner, I was with them all the time, I'm in and out, lap time has increased etc. it's great.

I can hear all the chatter and rumble strutting, it's lovely and especially when they are feeding, don't you love that sound, a friend of mine let me hear her feed time, it was mighty loud!
:(|)

The more lap time the better I say! I love it when you can just sit and listen to them going abbot their business..

They live in my bedroom so I usually do spend all day with them if I am not at college :))

Although it's not all fun and games. They had a phase where they would realise I was waking up (yawning, moving around in bed) and they would wheek like crazy until I got up to give them their food ¬.¬

I now feed them in the evening.

If mine were inside the poor things would never get any peace from me haha. I could watch them and play with them every minute of every day!

Ours are in a room which stretches across the back of the house so you can get to them from either the kitchen or the living room. They get Loads of attention.

I especially love the noise of them all munching hay, theres something really relaxing about it :)

lol i know what you mean! Not only do i pass endless hours watching them, they are in and out of the cage like yo yos (ok so yo yo isn't right but the only accurate simile i can think of is rude lol) esp with the kids being on school hols they don.t get any peace!

I'm Working in the room with my piggies now! I love being with them all day :D

Oh yes! I spend hours just watching them run about, eat and sleep. I especially like it when they are asleep, each in their own little house, with their noses just poking out. I suspect this is so that they can be ready for action if some more food magically appears!

Mine were very wild when they came and I'm certain they've tamed quicker because they are inside and have HAD to get used to being talked to and having people about all the time.

I work from right next to the piggy pens; it can be a distraction at times, especially when things are hectic.

On the other hand, it is such a boon when you have to sit by the computer waiting a whole afternoon for a call to come in... mallethead
