I always tell my dad never to leave open the garage door when the cats are outside so he does, the thistle hall hutch's from p@H have crap locks, so the cats went in and opened it out, luckily patch, fudge, biscuit and smidge and titch made an escape, but tiny has gone missing, they're is no blood on the floor, and they're is no guinea pig remains nor did monty and rascal our cats have any. but i cant find her, if she ran outside she'd be dead, but luckily my dad found her. :-\ i cant believe he'd do such a stupid thing. and he blames me for keeping the hutch doors open pfft

DAD, :o donht be a plonker, do you know how many curses we would all put on you if anything had happened, but seriously Nat you need a better lock , next time might not be so lucky,

Aww poor tiny I'm glad you found him :)
Silly dad... where did the rest excape to? Your should get better locks just to make certain this never happens again :)

oh i know how you feel i have a cat too when I'm cleaning the cages out i have to either put him in my bedroom or put him outside as well i am clean the cage my mum sits with pigs in the house and the cat cant be tursted around them when there not in there cages or runs

but how did your cats know how to open the cages ?

Where did the others escape to and where did Tiny end up being? I agree, whether you get a lock with a combination or just one that the cats can't open, they need to be better protected. Not trying to be nasty or anything, but I'm sure there will be another accident and you don't want it to end badly.

they all got upstairs, obviously tiny was the last one, and was goin 2 be a cat meal, it took but got under the hutch until mummy could get her out! it took me ages to calm her down, she was in total shock

well since i told my piggs to say that he has stop watching them as much now

my aflie sits right at the frount of cage and say I'm not running away from you

If only i could speak chat language i would say
"dont eat them guineas, or i will KILL you!"

glad you found tiny i have the some problem almost i have a staffordshire bull terrier who loves every thing and thinks they are all her babies but them being so small she could hurt them, i had my piggies all 5 of them in the house with the kitchen door locked and told my husband NOTto open the door so he opens the door in goes my staffy sukie and picks up squeak them smallest of them all and runs off up the garden kids all screming lucky i told her to drop and she did leaving a very shaken squeak on the grass has you can guess my husband made a quick exit before me and the kids good give him murder him 98) 98)

My cat's really funny! Whenever we get new pets we say to him 'This is a member of the family!' and he never even tries to get them! 0:)
