My cuddles with the pigs went from two chilling out to two causing mischief.

Lily's had a change of heart and doesn't hate all humans now. She climbed up me where she proceeded to kiss my cheek and eye :yikes: I'm amazed and flattered by this sudden change in character

Next up was Donald. He also climbed to my shoulder but no kisses from him... Instead he decided to leave a nice wet patch... Naughty Donald

And for good measure have a photo of snuggly Daisy and Poppy too

Aww how cute! I went for a walk mum and my dog. Then went out for lunch with my mum- then for a spot of shopping 🛍 😊 cleaned out my piggies and gave them both lots of cuddles!

With the mother in law🤣. How odd? I see my mum on the friday instead

I spent the day with my lovely MIL who cooked my a very tasty roast dinner.
I wish I’d met my mother-in-law as her son’s wife 😞

We went to church then I cross stitched and knit. So nothing much 😁

When my lovely Mum passed away 3 and a half years ago I was on a cruise celebrating my 50th birthday. When we got back my MIL said to my "I'll be your Mum now" so it's no it's not "odd" at all.
I think this is lovely @Betsy
I also adore my MIL, and she has made me feel like a part of the family from the moment I first went to visit 26 years ago - I spend a lot of time with her, and can't imagine not having her in my life.
I always said you get 2 chances at family in this life - the one you are given and the one you choose.

I spent Mother's Day watching my daughter compete in a gymnastics competition.
After we got home my DH left on a business trip, had his bag stolen on the train, and I then spent the rest of the evening sorting out an emergency locksmith to come and change the locks on the front door as the bag contained ID with our address and our front door keys.
On the plus side DH had to come back home (no passport so no travel) and we indulged in a late night gin and tonic.

I had a lovely relaxing day at home with my furry family and partner, cuddles in bed in the morning with the dog, and a lovely card from my two piggy boys!

@Lady Kelly my ginger boy was almost a Donald, too, but we went with Gibson in the end..!

What a rotten thing to happen to your DH.
Hope the chaos of trying to sort everything out isn’t too stressful.
How did your daughter do in her competition?

Thanks @Merab's Slave - we are slowly sorting everything out, but as you can imagine the paperwork is a nightmare, and the insurance company ask stupid questions like 'do you have a receipt for that 3 year old suitcase?'. Sigh. :yikes:

The competition went well and DD was happy.
She did all of her difficult stuff on beam without falling off, and added an extra flippy thing into one of her tumbling passes on floor for the first time this season (and landed it).
As you can see I am actually a bit of a crap gymnastics Mum - all the other parents are videoing everything and writing down scores, and I am drinking coffee and use technical terms like flippy stuff (apparently the flippy thing on Sunday is officially referred to as an 'ariel' - who knew?). :))

I'm being a bit thick. pls what does DH stand for.

Too cute! I spent it with my mum carbooting in the morning, then piggies and dying my hair in the afternoon :)

My old hairdresser used to tell me off (severely) if I mentioned dying my hair. He said "You don't dye your hair you COLOUR it darling!" And that is the polite version as we are a family friendly forum. :)
I polish mine. :nod::clap:
