How Do I Keep My Piggy's Cool In This Heat?

Hi all how do you all keep your piggy's cool in this heat? I've kept Dave and Derek inside today as its so hit outside and my garden is a sun trap, I've been changing their water every few hours to keep it cool I've got my ceiling fans on high in the room they are in I was just wondering if there's anything else I can do x

I used to do the frozen water in plastic bottles thing, but I found that they always leaked as they thawed, wetting the bedding, so I invested in Scratch and Newton Ice Pods - good buy.

Thank you I have read all the information and I shall be going out to buy the cool bag freezer blocks to wrap in a towel for them to lay on I'm keeping them in my front room with the ceiling fans on high so I can keep an eye on them x
