please can some one tell me how i can litter train my 3month old boys and how long does it take before there fully litter trained

Hmm as far as I'm aware it's very difficult/impossible to litter train piggies! They just tend to poop and pee wherever they want rolleyes

my boys just go wherever they like, they alternate cage corners to keep me on my toes!

I would have to agree. Cavies cannot be truly littered trained. However, they will usually urinate and defecate in a particularly area/s of their enclosure (usually a corner/ the corners of their enclosure). If you clean this area/ these areas daily, they will continue to use this area/ these areas. 
Piggies tend to establish toilet corners (they seem to like to munch on hay while they are doing their business). However, they will also pee while asleep, so you rarely find a completely clean piggy.
