I've tried to wash Peaches my boars grease gland a few time in the few years I've had him and none of those time have been really successful. So I was just wondering if there's any special way to do it or products I should use?

Thanks

I've never done it but I've read that coconut oil or swarfega are the products to use. Once again if someone more knowledgeable says differently then I would go with their advice. I have to say that I was surprised at swarfega and I think my tendency would be to use coconut oil.

Thank you. Yes I think I will use coconut oil. Swarfega sounds a bit strange to use. Would it not irritate their skin?

swarfega dissolves the grease, you leave in on for 10 mins, rub it in well prior to leaving it to work then rinse off,i have found it to be the best product in stubborn cases.washing liquid can be used in the same way.i usually bath the piggy after applying a product to remove grease.i usually cut the hair that is matted on the grease gland.:)
