all of my run pannels have been pinched out of my garden... mallethead...
which means none of the animals can get out in the runs...
i cant buy a lode more as they are quite pricey... but... i was thinking of making them... it cant be that hard can it...?

does anyone know how to make them...?... in idiots terms as i am a far from tallented with diy... if anyone has one that i could potentially make with bodge tape i would very much apreciate the design... :(|)

thanks... :)

I can't believe someone would do that... mallethead

You could use C&C grids to form a run for the time being.

Shocking, is your garden accessible from the back?

I'd offer to make you one, but i am a failure when it comes to DIY :( I'll see if i can bring to the Brum meet up the salt 'n' pepper pots i made as a kid in CDT that i gave to my mom - absolute embarrassing :))

haha... :))
I'm pretty chronic... i pad locked my keys inside the shed the other day... so i thought id just unscrew the bolt off the door and get in that way... after screaming at the shed and the screw driver for nearly half an hour i realised that i hadnt put the screwdriver in reverse... and just rounded off the screws in the bolt... pmsl... :))

i am really looking forward to seeing these pots... they sound fabulous... :))

I am assuming that you mean something like this
http://www.aviaryaccessories.co.uk/graphics/rabbit1.jpg

Right?

I was going to make one myself and it isn't that complicated to make a simple one :) just make 4 wooden rectangle frames and mesh each one and if need be you can add extra supporting wooden poles in the middle if they seem a bit flimsy if they are say 6ft long.
Screw them together to make the walls of your run and then make a frame to fit the top of your run, mesh, hinge, bolt and that should be it :) Your basic rabbit run

Well I am alright at the whole DIY thing so I wouldn't find it that difficult personally. How are you at using a drill, a hammer/staple gun and saw? That should be all you need to cut it and screw it all together. Try drawing out some ideas of how you would want it to fit together and open and look online at pictures, videos, how to's and that kind of thing :) Probably the easiest door for the run would be to just make the whole lid the door. You can hinge it or have it so you can just lift the whole lid off. Just make sure it is nice and secure :)

that is how we built ours. the lid is still being made but has the same principle as the run itself. it will be made slightly bigger that the run so that it will sit over the top of it. hopefully these pictures will help.

Run panels

Hi, I have some mesh panels attached to wooden framework that you could maybe cable tie together as a temporary run - not sure whats behind the shed i'll have a look and Pm you later.
I live in Tamworth minutes away from J10 M42 / A5 is that convenient for you? [sorry i get a bit confused as to which Claire is which]

panels

ok have taken quick pics - they're not brilliant but may do as a temp solution until you get something better? you could always use the mesh and attach to better wood later?
there's a small run, very old with flimsy homemade rushed together lid
and 4 panels about 140cms long plus a small square panel.

[Won't be offended if you don't want them, i'll just put them on freecycle]
