How long does it usually take for Baytril to kick in?

Recently one of my piggies has started sneezing A LOT and we took him to the vet. She prescribed some Baytril (I think she may have said she put something else in there too, but it was over the phone and I couldn’t hear everything she said). I’m supposed to give 0.5ml twice a day for 10 days. We started yesterday and I just gave him his 4th dose about 10 minutes ago. I’m just wondering how long this will take, because he’s still sneezing a lot and I hate seeing my buddy sick :(
 
It will take a few days for it to start working and likely youll be quite a way into the 10 day course before you see a marked improvement.
