how long does zooplus take...

was it two trays? or two complete cages? I would forgive zooplus if they sent me two...haha! No, sadly no where near you, I'm in the south west.
 
Two trays one inside the other and two full sets of wiry stuff inside them. Two full complete cages! Way Hay!

Oh that's great.:) I'm impatient too - mine took even longer nearly two weeks.rolleyes
 
They are the ones in the thread started by Starla 21.9.08 titled Opinions, the first one. (Sorry not good at doing the link thing) So with my discount for first time buyer and free postage, I have got two big cages for £20! They are quite high and the boys are used to a double decker so will have to be a bit inventive now to add different heights and houses etc. x
 
can't believe you got two cages for about £20! I'm sooo jealous! are they nice cages? as I probs won't get mine for another 7 days rolleyes
 
Next time I probably will order from somewhere else, but Zooplus are so cheap that I didn't think about their record with delivery/customer service, I just did it! Ah well. I'm not too worried, especially if they send me two cages!
 
I hope you receive your order tomorrow, I've never had a problem with Zooplus and have ordered quite a few things off of them.

The only thing I will say, is if you complain, escalate - I always do and end up very happy with my response, and usually some freebees or something.
 
nope! I'm wondering if it will ever turn up! They have sent an email giving me 10% off my next order though, because it's taking so long!
 
Crikey you haven't got it yet?:{ I ordered a hutch from Petplanet last week and it's being delivered tomorrow hopefully.
 
I know! rolleyes I should've ordered from somewhere else!
