How long has everyone been a member of the forum for?

Could we have a virtual zoom forum meet? Or a forum party? It's been a while hasn't it, since we had a fun forum event?
I think we should all have a zoom party, from our piggy rooms or sat by our piggy cages, not publicly post the link cos thats not very safe but maybe people could pm and request the link if they want to come...?

I definitely think some form of Forum celebration is in order soon.
I love our themed ones with quizzes and shared music play lists, etc.

I joined a few days after we bought our original 3 Swiss piggies home.
I lurked for a bit, but quickly realised that guinea pig care had moved on a LOT from when I previously had piggies 15 years ago.
They were destined to live outside (in a large and insulated hutch in a shed) but came home a few weeks early during an unexpected cold snap, so the hutch was dragged inside and put in the living room, and 5 years later the hutch is long gone and we have a C&C and indoor piggies and would not have it any other way.

I managed to attend one Forum meet up - The Potteries Christmas Fair in 2019, and was pretty apprehensive as I knew no one, and had flown to the UK to be able to attend.
But it was brilliant - everyone was super kind and friendly and very welcoming.
I am so pleased I went, and definitely plan to go again some day.

I have also meet Wiebke on several occasions as she and I try to meet when she visits her family in Switzerland.
So I guess this counts as an International Forum Meet up!

Brilliant idea - I think it should be easily doable.
