How long is blood normal in urine?

My guinea pig has been on antibiotics for four days for a UTI. There is still blood in her urine (sporadically, not every time she goes). How long should I expect blood to be present in the urine? When should I be concerned and/or take her back to the vet?
 
How long is the course of antibiotics you were prescribed?
I am assuming you will have a follow up at the vet booked when the antibiotic treatment is finished?

When our piggie was dealing with a UTI and bladder sludge I found it actually took a few weeks for her irritated bladder to settle, and for her urine to be blood free.
Is your guinea pig receiving any supportive treatment?
