Is it up to 1 year? I know it's until they're fully grown but when is that? I have a 4 month old sow and recently got an 8 month old sow, I'm pretty sure they should both still have unlimited mix but I just wanted to check?

I tend to say up to 6 months although up to 8 months is also ok. Many others say up to around 8 months, but I prefer to get them onto more of a hay-focused diet earlier on, not as dependent on pellets to fill them up. :)

Fully grown is anything from 9 months old, it averages 12 months. For your two girls I'd reduce the pellets slightly but still keep them in continual supply until the youngest is 6 months old, then reduce the amount over a few weeks until they're on just a handful/around 30g each.

Ok thank you. They don't eat all that they're given now anyway and they always go straight for the hay and vegetables and leave the food until last which I think is a good thing because they are more important.

Is that for any guinea-pig over 1 year to have 30g of dry food, I have 3 boars as well, is 30g good for them too?
