How long should it take to get rid of mites

Hi I have given both my guinea pigs xeno 450 they have had 4 doses each 2 weeks apart they have just had there 4th dose 3 days ago today I noticed they are still shedding quite a lot if hair I also have lice & nite shampoo but I am wondering how much longer will this go on for my vet is not cavy savy when I took bud down she have me the xeno but nothing for fungal said it would clear by itself I have gotten MicroNeem and its nearly away now think by the end if next week it will be clear just want to know if anyone knows if there is anything else I can use for the mites

Hmm, I think they might need something stronger than xeno 450
I think it might be a better idea to try and find a cavy savy vet.
 
Thanks but it's the only vet near me unless I get a bus which would take 2 hours there and back don't want to take them out for that long in this cold weather
