How many piggies have you got?

Hi i have 8 Guinea pigs - 6 Females and 2 Males lol They are all mine to keep and the reason being that poeple didnt want them any more so we got and they now live a happy life with me :)
 
I have 27! :{
If they are suffering or in need, I'm there for them. They're all mine to keep, I couldn't imagine life without a single one of them. I have to draw the line now though. If I see a pig in need I try and contact a local friend to see if they can help. 2 of them are boys, 25 are girls. They're so different and lovely, I adore each and every single one! x)

thats a lot of piggies! its lovely to hear that their yours to keep :) at a loving home too
 
i have 12 10 sows and 2 boars all mine i had two of my own and then the rest came from various people who dident want them anymore and 2 i rehomed from pets at home adoption as i fell in love with them :)
 
Lol - I think I've got the fewest on here. I have 2 girls - Blossom and Daisy. Would love to get a boy or 2 - will wait and see later next year.

Boars - Sunshine, Twinkle, Eccles, Pudsey, Radley, Milo and Jasper

Sows - Flora, Fleur, Amber, Pearl, Elora, Leia and Lyra

No, you haven't got the fewest ..... sigh .... I don't have any now, which is why I so love to hear about everyone else's.

Haha Chez for the past few days when cutting up veggies I've always had one lot left over and could never understand why! Now I know! :(|)
 
This is really interesting to know that some ppl have so many piggies! i really want more, My moms friends daughter does not want her pig's anymore, she has 2 females that she got from a rescue center a few months ago, but cant no longer look after them rolleyes
My mum told me the other day so i was like! "ahh we can have them then! :))"
mum said no..but i think she secretly does want them too :)
 
I was happy with 2 boars but then I joined here and it kinda snowballed but as I'm a full time mum its nice for me to have this interest. It may not always be the case that I have so many but I think we will always have a couple of pigs. :)

Chez yep, and I can't say I am blonde because I'm not! Just ditzy! :D
 
i have 5, one boar (Sonny) and four sows (Pheobe, Ruby, Bethany and Maggie-May). I wouldn't be with out any of them, but i feel my piggy family is complete for now. 5 under 1s in the flat is slightly difficult at times rolleyes:xmallethead
 
LOL S&T, I couldn't sleep last night because I was counting pigs in my head and couldn't make them add up...

Friday I had 3 born (Fizz!) taking total to 49

3 went yesterday - = 46
6 went to foster today = 40 and 2 more out = 38

Um, so yeah - 38!

Some rescues waiting for homes, the rest are mine and here for good...

I've got 21.

Boars - Ralfie, Berby, Pixie, Dixie, Gio, Star, Zach, Buster, Patch, Ben, Rory

Sows - Hannah, Twinkle, Tufty, Poppet, Skye, Claire, Blossom, Petal, Sheila and Glitter

I never intended to have so many, but took quite a few in from a rescue to rehome them from here. As they were all male I had lots of people say, oh aren't they cute, but no-one seemed interested in giving them a home. After a few months I told them all they had found their forever home, and they all stayed here with me.

All my piggies are special, but I do think generally boars are much more loving and friendly.
 
I have currently got four sows - Truffle, Scampi, Jet and a batty Blizzard

and hopefully 2 more from Sophie come spring

I have 5 in total

2 sows, Rose and Martha

3 boars, frisky patch and JJ

Rose, Martha, Frisky, and Patch are all rescues and JJ was from p@h i was told he was a sow :o
 
I have 8; all to keep, most of them adopted. Half are seniors/coming up to seniors, two with chronic medical issues.
2 neutered boys - Dexter, Franklyn
6 girls - Tuppence, Jasmine, Lottie, Gwenivere, Saffron, Breanna
