How many sows could I fit in my current cage?

Each [ shape is one cc grid 5 along the back. 5 along the side. 2 wide

How many sows could I have?

How many sows could I have if I also had 1 boar

I want to adopt some older piggies from rescues. I’ve got 5 girls already though

It works out as an 8x2 c&c cage. So I'd say 6 maximum

Yes I agree that the maximum would be 6 sows but please bear in mind that the minimum cage size does not always equal the ideal living space for piggies and if you are able to provide more space for the number of pigs then that would always be better for them.

This is our cage size guide for reference. You would need to check whether your grids are 30 or 35 cm ones. If they are 30 cms then I would stick with 5 piggies in there. Cage Size Guide

Are you able to extend the cage size or perhaps have a separate cage above your current one that would allow you to adopt more?
