How much fresh food should I be feeding them?

Hiya

Another silly question from me (!) - at the moment I am giving Dotty and Piggle one bowl of fresh veg every day (as to whats in that it varies every day- I try and make sure they have something different every day). Is this about right, or should they be getting more or less? They seem to eat it all up, sometimes leaving the odd bit here and there.

What does everyone else do? :)

I tend to feed mine at 12:30 (well, my mum does when I'm at school) and about 8pm. This works really well for us, their dinner is always gone by the time they're having their tea and then that's always gone in the morning too :)

I don't know if I feed them how we should but I know most people say to feed twice daily O0

My two boys get 6 veggies a day at 8am ish and around 9-10pm ish

Last night they had: handful of curly kale, a baby carrot each and a romaine lettuce leaf each.
This morning they had: a stick of celery each, a piece of brocoli each, a large handful of spring greens and some chopped cucumber.

Sounds pretty much the same as me then.... BTW I always leave out the bowl of dried food (guinea pig nuggets) and also lots of Timothy Hay for them to eat whenever they like. :)

Ollie still isnt really eating his dry food, thought he would of started too by now, but he does tuck into his veg whenever I'm not around. I give him his veg at 8am and then again at 8pm
