Hi there
I have two lovely boy piggies who live outside in a hutch. Up until about 6 weeks ago, they had a run, which they had free reign to go into throughout the day and were locked up at night with their daily veggies!
I then decided to let them have free reign in the whole garden and so took down the run and now they are let out in the morning (unless it's raining!) and they are allowed to come and go at will until night time.
They absolutely love it, popcorning when they come out, chasing the cat and each other >
 and munching on all the lovely grass.
My question is this, should I limit the time they have in the garden? I' not really sure how much grass they should have. They have plenty of hay and pellets too. They do go back into the hutch frequently for naps etc and run around lots and lots so I'm sure they are getting lots of exercise! Also, they have a climb up to the hutch as it is a high one, so they are quite acrobatic! Or a I worrying unnecessarily 98)?
Thanks for your help
