I have a lone 5 year old sow. Currently she gets 3-4 scoops (scoop is a little over a tablespoon.) of pellets, hay, lettuce and bell peper daily. She also gets other fruits and veggies on most days. She eats all the pellets and starts squawking for more. Does she really need more?

veggies should be a mixed cup full, fruit should be limited to a small portion maximum a day, I actually dont even feed fruit they have cherry tomatoes daily, which some class as a fruit, and if you feed red bell peppers they are higher in sugar anyway, and contain double the vitimin C of oranges. Pellets I am not sure, mine are still young so get unlimited at the moment, Hay should be unlimited also, I Think! I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong on that!rolleyes

As said above a cup full of veggies a day is good, fruit is a treat so if your feeding grapes then they should be a weekly treat due to the sugars etc.
Hay should be unlimited as it's very important to there diet. (:
Nuggets often tell you on the back of the packet how much to feed per piggy, i know that Burgess do anyways.
But i don't weigh it out i just put some in there bowl, enough so they always have some but not so they over eat because they tend to stuff themselves if theres alot of food there (:
