How Much Pepper?

So I'm thinking of trying my guinea pig on Bell pepper tomorrow for the first time, How much should i feed him daily and weekly?

So far I've been giving him cucumber and a broccoli floret in the morning, And then Cucumber and celery leaves at night, Is that okay?

Try not to feed broccoli everyday as I have been informed too much is not good in frequent servings? May be wrong. I feed my boys a quarter of a pepper between them daily. they esp love the red and yellow I feed celery, romaine, cucumber and pepper daily. Once a month they get a grape or apple. there are tons more I have to experiment with. Broccoli is one of the better greens. I'm gradually changing mine over from kale & spinach (both high in calcium) to broccoli & fresh grass. Like GloriousGuineaGirl I give mine about 1/4 of a pepper between 3 or 4 of them per meal. The top group will rarely eat any colour other than green, whereas the bottom group will eat any. They also get 2 slices of carrot, 2 slices of cucumber, 1/2 a Romaine Lettuce leaf, 2 or three small pieces of celery plus a little coriander, garden mint & rocket. All of these twice a day plus other veggies that we're eating too.
