how much plantain?

How much of this can i give to them? they love it and i dont know if it can be only given in small amounts?

I would assume as it is like banana that you could only give them this in moderation - as in a tiny bit each in case it causes constipation.

its the weed, its from burns (i didnt know! hehe i thought it was leaves from the tree, god I'm so dumb!)

I've never seen it dried before but i'd give it every couple of days rather then every day in case it diuretic like dandelions. might be wrong though
