How much should a male piggy weigh?

My two boys weigh 1200g is this to slim or to overweight? They are big boys and are not fat,they look healthy to me.:))
How much on average do male piggys weigh?

That doesn't sound fat at all how old are they?

I have Tiger at 1082gms about 1 year old and he is seems skinny to me

George is about same age and he weighed 1164 on 2/9 so would think about 1200 now he is quite chunky!
 
They will be two in december approx. Is that to skinny? I cant feel there ribs and they have quite a belly and eat lots! My mum sometimes says that they are fat as I give them to much,but I think they arent.
I looked on other websites and they day 900-1200g is average for males? But that seems low I think?
 
That sounds fairly average to me. I have one smaller boar who doesn't weigh that much, and some that weigh the same plus a bit more as well. xx
 
Just checked, my boys weigh 1259g, 1049g,1367g,1231g,

(The girls: 1253g, 1095g, 1389g (hence the name fat Sall) )

Seems that my boys are average then. Thanks for that.
They dont eat alot of dry food I do give them there daily amounts. They are on gerty but I also mix in some nuggets as I'm trying to find one they like! They eat lots of hay/veg.
 
They sound like they are a healthy weight and are on a healthy diet!

PS: My Llewelyn is about 1250g and has been stable for the last two years.
 
Oh goodness - I always thought Celyn was a bit of a chunk. I haven't weighed him for awhile, but he usually tops the scales at over 1.5 kg. Even when he was feeling pretty poorly before and after his eye operation, he never dipped below 1.4 kg. He's fit, active and healthy and just had his 4th birthday, but he's just got a rather large "waistline" (like his mum!) :))

I bet your waistline Castaway isnt that big. Lol. I noticed that your from near newport, I work in Risca and dont live far away. What a small world!

Dont be so silly! Haha. It nice to know there are more people on here from wales, so I can ask you my questions about which vets and where do you get your supplies from. Haha. :)
 
WoW... ok this thread is really making me think my little gal Hazel is CHUNKY haha... She doesn't look over-weight but she is 2041g! :))
