So we've had Trevor and Simon for just over a week now, they are 18 months and have been together since they were young.

They do squabble a bit but don't really fight. Sometimes Simon will try and mount Trevor and sometimes just looks like he is trying to stand on him with his front feet. Trevor then squeaks a bit and lightly chatters his teeth. But then 5 minutes later they might be snuggled up asleep together!

Also Simon will sometimes nuzzle Trevor's bum which make Trevor jump but it almost seems like a boistrous game for them as Trevor will jump and turn a bit like he is popcorning!

Is this normal boys playing stuff? To me it seems like Simon is naturally a bit more dominant than Trev but their personalities rub along together quite well.

This sounds pretty normal, our boys do the same...:)) looks like Simon is trying to be boss pig..8)

Thanks!
I think Trev is actually happy for Simon to be the boss. As long as he can be somewhere comfy and eat hay he seems very content!

My boys are like that, they're happy to live together but Charlie is obviously the boss! Sometimes I catch him "walking" his pigloo over to their breakfast and putting it on top of the food bowl. Poor Kenny has to wait outside till he's finished eating. rolleyes

Sounds perfectly normal, my two boys have their manliness competitions every so often. McMac will mount Sprout and rumblestrut trying to show him who is boss. Sprout tries to do the same but McMac puts him in his place.

Probably the worst thing is McMac gets protective over his food so now and again I will hear them running around in the hay loft making a load of noise and Sprout will come shooting down the ramp, obviously been chased out by McMac. But luckily it's not that often and they will happily sleep together up in the hay loft :)

Haha! This honestly made me laugh out loud! I can just imagine that! rolleyes :)) :p

Yeah he's a lovely pig, lots of personality. He makes me laugh so much.

Haha! Bless.

It's funny but they don't seem to fight over food much, probably because Trev is much more interested in food and Simon is a bit fussy!

There is the odd piggie tug of war with something especially nice though rolleyes
