how much time do you spend...

How long does your pig like to be cuddled for (generally?) and how many hours floor time do yours get?
I was just wondering

Lol! Ralfie loves cuddles especially if he gets grass whilst being cuddled! Sephy's still a baby so not really used to it yet and she's a fidget so wants to run everywhere! Bumble and Bee dont seem to mind it but i think they much prefer to be left alone of given floor time! x
 
Ah Bless 0:) My baby boar would sit on my lap all day long (if my hubby would let him!) He's not allowed on the floor indoors (yet! ha ha!) and it's too cold in the yard to put a run down!

With the two loons Gizmo and Mogwai they will sit happily as long as food is involved other wise about half an hour.
None of them get what you'd call floor time as they live free range in the shed, so all day is floor time really ::)
 
My pigs get half an hour cuddles each. After I've cuddled Cuzzy. Flora and Fleur come in next, sometimes I'll have them both on my knee or Emily will have one. Then we bring both boys in and I'll have crazy boys Sunshine and Emily will have Twinkle who is supringsly calm lately! ^-^

As for Floor time, boys are in a 5ft x 2ft hutch so don't give them a lot of time on the floor although I am in the process of clearing my back room and will be able to do a pen for them in there. Cuzzy tends me out of his cage with us more than anything as he is a lone pig and the girls are in the play pen all day which is 5x5 they sleep in a nero 3, I'd leave them in the pen but Its in my living room and need to clean up in the mornings.

ok i was making sure mine were getting enough excersise, they all live in roomy cages (but would like them bigger) so they each have about 2 hrs thru the day floor time. lots of cuddles on top of this so I'm guessing they ok :D

Merlin has an hours floor time in the morning and 4 in the evening then he is pretty much free range at the weekend

He has a cuddle for an hour in the evening but usually wees all over me :D
 
My big boys Cubby and Golly have 1 hr of floor time in the morning when they have their brekkie etc and probably 2 hrs in the evening. We don't do sitting and cuddling, they tend to hang round me while I clean their cage and then we sit on the floor together and just have tickly under the chin and parsley!

Then Bully boy comes out for as long as HE wants really, he's the boss, we usually have about 15mins cuddle until Bully starts biting!

Then Pookie comes out he literally does a circuit round the room and then jumps straight back in his cage, he's nearly 6 and not bothered about being out, he justs like to check all is ok! Pookie and me have a quick cuddle but its usually to relieve his impaction - bless!

Then Archie boy comes out and stays out for about an hour, we always have a cuddle before he goes back in too.

During one of "these outings" usually Pookie's (as he isn't bothered by them) the new babies are out in their pen, they're far too tiny to run round the room yet so have to be penned! They stay in that for about half an hour or so and then I have mega cuddles - both together as they are small enough to do that at the moment!

Everyone has a hairbrush whilst out on laps etc too!
 
Each and everyone of mine get equal cuddles from all of us :) cannot put a time on how long each one gets each day but all get more than one cuddle :) All have at least two hours floor time a day which is divided up over the course of the day.
 
Mine vary.

Peggy will sit on my lap for hours and even sleep there, and Damon gets quite settled too. Alex and Ruby aren't so keen, and take a while to settle. They enjoy it once they've calmed down. Peaches and Pixie are babies really, and are hard to keep still!

All of mine (except Alex) live in a big playpen, so have floor time all the time! I also let them run around my bedroom for a bit a couple of times a week.
 
I go to the shed in the evening and let them run around one lot at a time and I cuddle them when they are out and I often go down and cuddle them when I feed them in the morning. Basil sits in my piggy jacket as I go around feeding and putting hay in :)

mine have lap time for an hour in the morning and hour in the evening, but do get picked up throughout the day as i can never put them down lol. their floortime varies but do get it daily, but they do have a very large c&c. O0
 
When Alan and Keith were here, I used to cuddle them togeter fo 45mins two times a day, they had flor time has often as posible :)

Toffe and crispy both love cuddles.

How long a cuddle they get depends if they rigel about but they usally dont.

sometimes i cuddle mine for a hour... :smitten:
