How Much Vitakraft Emotion Sensitive

Hi,

I've recently bought some Vitakraft Emotion Professional Prebiotic Guinea Pig food from Zooplus. I am wanting to switch them over to this food from Burgess Excel which they are currently on. I have started to add 5 or 6 pellets into their Burgess pellets each day just to let them get used to them, and eventually I will increase this and reduce the amount of Burgess. Does anyone know how many pellets I should feed of Vitakraft for the I.C diet? The pellets are large and chunky, (about half the length of your little finger), so I'm guessing they won't need loads, but would like a rough idea of how many to feed when they switch over completely. Thanks in advance.

I got the impression from other members they give five pellets per day per pig. But I could be wrong.

It is 5 pellets usually thought pigs under 1 can have a bit more I think. You can break them up too into at least 3 though my latest batch are harder than I remember them being.

Yeah I thought it was 5 but wasn't sure. Should I just gradually reduce the Burgess then but keep feeding the 5/6 Vitakraft pellets?
