Hey all. I try to fed my pigs twice a day. In the morning I'd gave them a bowl full of veggies and a tone of hay. Then before I go to bed I'd gave them the same bit with another bowl of dry food or nugget's. I'll let them out on the grass as much as I can but with the cold weather not as much. Just wondering what you guys do for your pigs

We feed Veggies twice a day, pellets twice a day and loads of hay. Both a meadow hay and Timothy hay too

I use meadow hay. I'll give that to them as much as I can

i bet they love it. Ours are right hay munchers.... our first pigs didnt eat that much hay which was really odd, Widget did a popcorn this morning when I put fresh hay in :) Lovely to see

We feed veg twice a day, pellets 4 times a day as Milan likes to scoff them all in one go and hay at least twice a day

I feed my pigs once in the morning, and once at night. I give them their veggies in the mid afternoon and refill hay and water whenever it is low.

I'm currently doing grass in the morning, nuggets and veggies in the evening. And hay at either point in time depending on how much is left.

We do afternoon veggies, a portion each, and they have a pellet bowl which they can graze, they seem to eat it it sensibly (I'm watching you, Godfrey) we did feed veggies twice daily but now find feeding once easier, for some reason. As long as the salad is a decent size, and has a good amount of vitamins, I try not to worry.

Mine get two lots of veg, one early morning about 7am and one evening 7pm. They get a small bowl of nuggets which they graze on. I actually found just having a small amount there for them to dip in and out of meant they actually ate less as its always there. They eat very few nuggets.

Morning they get hay as well, if I work from home they get this at about 10am and then early evening they get their dinner and at bedtime another large hay pile for bed.

They eat tonnes of hay and sometimes in preference to veg! they get mountains of the stuff from meadow to timothy to orchard grass, then last thing at night they get a sprinkling of dried herbs over the hay piles to scavenge for until morning. Its a bit wasteful with the hay but they love burrowing in it and make little nests and tunnels to sleep in which is rather cute.

Veggies twice a day, pellets twice a day and hay three times a day. They get some apple and a handful of oxbow botanical hay as a treat once a week after cage cleaning but there usual hay is timothy hay all day and night and oxbow orchard grass at night.

I feed veg three times a day (8.15am before work, 6pm when I get home from work, 10.30pm before bed) they have a bowl of pellets each that they graze on and hay is refreshed twice day; morning and before bed. all hay from sleeping areas is removed along with most poos and uneaten, unpeed on hay from the hay trays is moved to the bedrooms. New hay is put in the hay trays.
