Hello 🙂
So I know piggies shouldn't have tomato too much because it's acidic and can hurt their lips (is that right?) but I'm not sure exactly how often is good. Both my piggies love tomato but I don't want to overfeed it. They usually get one each every other day or every two days. Is this too much or is this ok? Thank you

Yes that is right it’s an acidic food and it can lead to an infection called cheilitis.
Only give it as an occasional treat. I’d say no more than once per week.

Ok thank you I'll cut down on them from now on. It can be so hard to know how much to feed sometimes... I read in one place that it's ok to feed one or two everyday so I'm glad I didn't follow that.

Grass and leafy veg is fine daily (keeping high calcium veg limited though - kale, parsley, spinach), cucumber, coriander and peppers are fine to be fed daily. Anything else feed in rotation for variety. tomatoes, fruits, carrots, corn keep limited due to sugars and acids.
