How often do I bathe them?

Should I be giving my piggies regular baths, or should I just give them one when theyre dirty?
 
Thats what I thought because I've heard bathing really stresses them and should only be done when needed
 
If you don´t want to show them on guinea pig shows there is no need to bath them. Only if they are really dirty, for example after diarrhoea it can be necessary.
They can easily catch a cold.
