No sorry just kidding lol...is there any exact way you can TELL their age? I thought it would be pretty difficult unless theyre teeny tiny

Impossible to tell by looking, although he looks quite young to me going by size. Try and guesstimate...how long have you had him, has he grown bigger since you have had him, where did you get him from, how long had they had him? that sort of thing..
 
ive had him for nearly 2 months , they got him from a breeder :tickedoff: :tickedoff: hes grown a little bit maybe 7 months?
 
If hes from a breeder, surely you'd know the date of birth? Or you could ring them up and ask?
 
I'm no expert but I'll stick my neck out and say he looks about the same age as my Smudge - 9 months. hth x
 
taking a wild guess but id say he looks a little smaller than my meeka and a little bigger than lola..so approx 7-9 months
 
Looks a similar size to my pig who is 5 months...

Ohh just noticed my other pig is 4 months today!
 
he looks a simillar size to gideon maybe around 7 months but it's just a guess sorry
 
Yeah he looks fairly young to me as well.There is unfortunately no sure way to tell a piggies age unless ,obviously,you know the birth date.It would be a lot easier if we could tell.

When piggies are very young the nails are thin and sharp,as they age the nails thicken and can start to go curly(even when they are kept trimmed down).This is about the only indication of age but is not 100% because I have seen 8 year old pigs with thin nails.
 
Yeah, weight might help. And a picture with him sat by a woman's hand or an object which we'd all know the size of (a laid down kitchen roll middle perhaps?).
 
well he looks the same size as my max and aflie

max is 9 months and aflie is 5months so well say some where between 5 and 1 year

there all grow and diffrent rates

my aflie has 3 sisters and well is is 3 times the soze of amber who is the samllest sister and ruby and poppy are quite big bot bo tas big as aflie

he dosent look as big ans my holly and meggie who are 20months
