How old?

Winnie piggie has come to stay with us for a while to nurture her back to full health. She was found wandering in a park, riddled with mites and having been bitten on her back by something

Pleased to report that she is doing really well - eating and drinking and growing in confidence. Currently in a set-up parallel with my sows.

Just wondered if there are any indicators that I can look for to guesstimate her age? I know it's far from an exact science but interested all the same! Thanks x

I heard that when guinea-pigs get older their nails seem more curly? That helped me guess my guinea-pigs age but obviously I don't know for sure, or if next time you have to go to the vet with one of your guinea-pigs you could just take her as well as ask them if they could tell you.
