Domino is one of the four pigs I am fostering, he is a rex who has had a terrible mite infestation and he has bald patches on his back and legs. He was neutered a week ago so he hasnt been bathed in anything, but he has been treated for the mites, he is due another ivermectin soon (2nd dose) but he will not stop scratching and is obviously still in a bit of discomfort - having not been handled much in his previous life he hates being touched at all and flinches at the slightest hint of touch as well - and ive noticed him barbering his own fur, so I'm not sure if he is actually just doing this out of habit now.

I was thinking that he could benefit from a gorgeous guineas melt on his skin and a bath but how long do i need to wait after his neuter to allow it to heal before it can get wet?

This is a god question actually.. I am having my female neutered today and should everything be good and well I was wondering how long she would have to wait before I can give her a nice bath. We got some gorgeous guineas goodies about a week ago, but didnt know about the ovarian cysts until her scans today :(

She has quite bad dandruff and is loosing fur.. apparently an issue causable by ovarian cysts. Hence why I am keen to bathe.. but with alot of the products (especially ones containing Neem) it says not to use if on medication. So I'm guessing I will have to wait for at least 10 days. Probably better to wait 14 days.
