I went to go and pick up one of my pigs, but startled her. She dashed off, and ran face first into the side of her cage (correx and plastic, so not too solid). It was only a distance of about ten centimetres, but there was quite a thump. I grabbed her almost immediately to check for injuries, but she seems to have shrugged it off. She’s moving fine, and seems to be alert. Wheeked at me very crossly when I found a tangle and had to spend ten minutes holding her still to cut it out (she hates being groomed), so her personality is still there.
Is there anything I should keep an eye out for, just in case she’s hurt something?

Hi!

Hopefully it was just a bash and some bruising.

See a vet promptly if your piggy starts behaving disorientated, or struggles to move the heat properly or is off its food (eating problems) in the next day or two. Also keep an eye on the eye in case she's bashed that.
