how to clean the cover

Because the weather has been so dreadful, I have noticed some green patches on on my hutch cover Does anyone know how I can clean it without damaging it?

Sponging it down with some warm soapy water shouldn't do it any damage I don't think. You could maybe add a little dettol too?
