How to deal with hay fever?

I keep my guinea pigs and their hay in my bedroom but I am almost constantly sick, everyday for several years I have woken up with a stuffy nose (I also suffer from spring allergies). Does anyone have any advice for how to deal with it? I don't really know what to do, I don't think I can move them out of my room and I don't know where I would put the hay too
 
Do you take antihistamines?

The reality is that moving them and their hay is probably the only thing that is actually going to help but if you don’t take a medication then perhaps look to one as it may make things more bearable
 
Allergy medication is usually an antihistamine. You may need to take it year round

But best thing would be finding a suitable way of storing the hay so the extra bits don’t get everywhere and really get to you

I suffer from hay fever and also allergic to rabbits and cats. It’s best to take your antihistamine's at bedtime.
