How To Encourage My Piggy To Drink From His Bottle?

Hey everyone! I have 2 male guinea pigs, and I am currently worming them with strict supervision, by adding the worming substance to their water. However, my boys only use their bottle sometimes, and tend to get their water through the grass. They can't eat veggies while being wormed so I can't encourage them with veggies... what do I do?!
 
Dito, l wouldn't add anything to the water!
What makes you think they have worms?
I've keeped pigs for over 50 years and never had a single case of worms
