How To Make Catching Your Piggies Impossible...

That's ace - I've got it going round my head, now, too. You've reminded me how difficult I used to find it to round up my first piggies when they were in their run on grass. My husband used to nearly wet himself laughing as they gave me the slip.

No one sang it to me, but I'm quite sure I did think about it myself someday while trying to get Teddy back to his cage :))

I was literally doing the exact same thing to the OH last night :)). Slippery little . Thanks goodness for the C&C open-ended cube I made -- just place it over a pig and gently pick them up. They seem a lot less stressed compared to when I was trying to catch them in the cage or usher them into a hidey!

:))

Try this and look like a pro :)

i slowly remove the hideys and leave one house - they jump in - but i say to them " come on, bed time, jump in ' and they go in.. i like to think its because i tell them but its just the fact they have no where else to go lol !

Nice technique :)

When all else fails I have resorted to this technique once or twice :lol!:

I have tried and tried it! The get their heads in and then spread their arms out and brace so their back ends are hanging out. I poke them, they won't go in. I pretend I'm not interested, they reverse out. I go now for get them in the corner and hope...

Looks at pigs that still haven't worked out I'm vegetarian and the least likely person in the house to eat them therefore no need to hide every time I so much as raise an eyebrow... Higher intelligence  A little bit thick? MUCH more likely.

ha ha I like it! :)) They will get there.....

If our first piggy Putt became tame then any pig can.... she was so skittish

I put their carry box in, then gradually remove all the hideys. They load themselves into the carry box. Have always done this, and Panda has taught the new girls how to do it too :)
