how to protect outdoor runs over winter

as the title says, there is no room to move them into a garage or shed so is there a paint or something you can use to protect them over the winter, or should they not need it?

Maybe you could cover them with a tarpaulin or something just to keep the worst of the weather off

Are we talking just about the run or the whole hutch and everything (I'm confused, as always )

If think for the run you should just be able to pop a trpauling over it, and make sure theres a next box with a floor, so they can get off the grass/cold concrete if they want to and snuggle into that.

no just a plain old run its used in the summer for them to eat grass, my piggies are indoors

I have just left mine in a sheltered corner, and am praying...Mum and I are quite handy with the DIY should any repairs be needed come spring!
