How to Stop cage stinking?

Hi everyone,
So I got a new guinea pig recently and ever since the cage has been smelling after a few days of cleaning. I clean the cage once a week, should I be cleaning it more? And I also spot clean every day too. Is there anything I can do? PS: I use vetbed

Possibly if there's a new piggy they are having a bit of a territorial pee spraying festival and it will calm down over time!
The only real solution to a smelly cage is to clean it more frequently, we clean ours out fully and change the fleeces and disinfect the floor underneath twice a week.

A lot will also depend on how big the cage is, how many pigs you have in it, and what bedding you are using.
Can you give us a bit more information, and maybe we can help out with more specific advice?
