I think one of my guinea pig has piles is there anything I can do to prevent it?
Any suggestions may help!

Could you post a photo as this isn't something I've ever heard of?

If it's something like a prolapse then you'd need to go to the vet asap.

I haven't got a photo but it is like when his bum comes out and turns inside out and then when I bath him I goes back to normal I didn't know if there was any other ways of treating it

I have no idea unfortunately. If you're unsure of anything and can't post a photo it's always best to have a vet check it.

I think that perhaps it would be best if you could take the piggy to see the vet.

My piggy has exactly the same he turns it inside out when he sends things but it does go back in. Vet said it is just a very loose anal sac and to keep it clean

It sounds like his perianal sac is opening up, this can be normal but you need the vet to confirm it. Is he well and passing pooh normally?

Sorry, I've never heard of piles in guinea pigs before. If you are worried, please have it seen and assessed by a vet.
