You mix a measured amount of the powder with a larger measured amount of water (usually about 3 times the volume of water to powder). If your piggy doesn't like it, you can mix critical care with mushed up pellets so the mix tastes more familiar and goes down a bit more easily.
Here is our syringe feeding guide, which you may find helpful:

@Wiebke Thank you he is finally eating gotta work on getting him to drink they took him off antibiotics cause they were making him worse and he may think the water is the medicine but ill work on getting him to drink his water. i ordered more critical care probiotics and natural science vitamin treats just to be safe.😊

Offer your boy water by syringe, but do not force it down him. How much he will drink depends on the water content of the syringe feed and the individual need. You can find recommendations on how much water to syringe in the syringe feeding guide.

Has your vet given you the OK to take him off his antibiotic?

@Wiebke Yes they told me to stop giving him antibiotics but continue giving it to his brother bc he had a better reaction. So i shouldnt make him drink the water? I read the guide but from what i understand is that it said for every 5ml of food give him 1ml of water but he just refuses the water hes been eating his food out the bowl and on a spoon rarely do i syringe feed but thats when hes tired of leaning over in the bowl lol.

If he is eating on his own volition and his fur is not feeling stiff, then he is not dehydrated and you can see whether you can tempt him with a little piece of cucumber, celery or lettuce. But eating by himself also means that he will drink by himself if he feels thirsty. ;)

The guidance is for piggies who refuse to eat or drink at all; the amounts of what you can get in vary individually.

We mix Ella’s Kitchen, Pumpkin, Broccoli and Sweetcorn Baby Food with Critical Care and then water it down with Watermelon Juice from a freshly squeezed chunk.
We could not get the poorly piggie to take critical care on it’s own but mixed he takes it without the struggle.
