Huge Lump On Back

I rescued two girls they are sisters. One of them has a huge lump on her back n it's getting bigger i don't know if it's a tumor or cancer or just a fatty tissue. It doesn't seem to hurt her when I pet her but I'm not her so I can't feel what she feels. Has this happened to any other piggies out their if so please help I want to take her to the vet but i don't know which place can help my girl the best
